what you'll do
You'll be part of our People & Operations Team and have a chance to develop and conduct recruitment processes with us. You will be also responsible for supporting all most necessary people processes at MERIX:

onboarding new people and being the first point of contact for them,

administrating our people tools,

creating employer-branding ideas,

helping us create honest, transparent and empathetic internal communication,

supporting administrative tasks depending on current needs.
Your daily work will be focused not only on recruiting the best candidates for our Delivery & Engineering team and searching for new ways of reaching candidates, but also on concerning internal HR activities and participating in projects and events. We’re looking for a person with strong team-player skills, who has full of energy and ownership - because that’s us!
The recruitment process will consist of an online meeting - approximately 2 hours. If the decision proves too difficult for us, we may give you an additional task to complete that will make the decision easier.
