Regular Project Manager

You will be the master of managing multiple, parallel projects, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve two key areas:
1. Leading projects end-to-end from initial client communication to final delivery.
2. Acting as a trusted advisor and project guardian for clients who manage their own projects. In this capacity, you will proactively address risks, ensure the well-being of our teams, and maintain project health, ensuring we deliver high-quality outcomes and a great client experience.

Working closely with design and development teams, you’ll be the key person ensuring that processes, deadlines, and resources are perfectly aligned. Your role is about perfecting the ‘how’—how we get things done—to bring the ‘what’ to life.

- You have at least 2 years of experience in project management, including not less than a year in any kind of web or mobile product development.
- You have a strong ability to manage multiple projects at once, keeping them perfectly organized and on track.
- You are a master of processes and delivery, with a deep understanding of how to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- You have strong knowledge of frameworks/methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, with a clear focus on practical application.
- You have a strong command of written and spoken English (minimum B2).
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage expectations of both clients and internal teams.

- Professional Scrum, Kanban or other valuable certificates.
- Practical experience in Jira and Confluence or an equivalent set of tools.
- Experience in managing projects with various tech stacks.
- Experience in working for different industries.
- Practical experience in processes optimization and making a team’s work more efficient.
