what you'll do

A heads-up before you read on 📍

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us as a freelance collaborator. We have an in-house Product Design team, and we're looking for someone who can plug in seamlessly, hit the ground running, and deliver work that is both visually outstanding and grounded in solid UX thinking.

How the process works

One meeting. 90 minutes. That's it.

We keep it simple: a single conversation that covers both the HR side (how you work, what you're looking for, how we operate) and the technical side (your experience, portfolio, design decisions). No homework assignments, no multi-stage loops.

After the meeting, you'll get feedback from us — regardless of the outcome.

One hard requirement before anything else: we need to see your portfolio. We're not asking for a polished case study deck; we're asking for work that shows how you think.

who you are

If you have at least 5 years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design and believe that great design lives at the intersection of beauty and usability — we'd love to work with you. You will have a direct impact on shaping our clients' digital products, working across the entire design lifecycle — from initial concept to pixel-perfect, developer-ready files.

  • End-to-End Design: Take full ownership of projects from early wireframes through to polished, high-fidelity designs — with obsessive attention to visual detail, spacing, typography, and interaction quality.

  • UI-First Mindset, UX at the Core: Deliver interfaces that look exceptional and feel effortless to use. You understand that stunning visuals and solid UX are not a trade-off — they're both non-negotiable.

  • Systematic Design: Build and leverage component libraries and design systems to ensure visual consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders. You can translate a business goal into a design direction and bring others along with you.

  • Articulate Design Decisions: Present and defend your design choices — including visual and interaction decisions — to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

  • Support Sales & Client Relations: Partner with sales and delivery teams to demonstrate the tangible value of high-quality UI/UX to clients and help shape the product vision early in the sales process.

  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Actively follow UI/UX trends, emerging tools, and design innovations — and bring fresh ideas to the team.

what we'd like to see

  • You are a designer with a strong visual eye who never loses sight of the user.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.

  • Your portfolio demonstrates not just solid UX thinking, but genuinely impressive UI execution — layouts, visual hierarchy, micro-interactions, and design systems done right.

  • You have hands-on experience with prototyping and wireframing, and you know when to go lo-fi and when to go high-fidelity.

  • You understand business objectives and know how to align design decisions with measurable outcomes.

  • You have excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level) and participate comfortably in meetings and workshops conducted in English.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and bring fresh, considered ideas to every project.

Your Toolkit

  • Figma is your second language.
  • Mural is your go-to for remote collaboration and discovery.
  • AI Tools are already a functional part of your design process.
